After reading Zhe hao's blog and the yahoo mail, i realised that Kang Wei is dissapointed in the PLC's attitude and performance so far. He said he might step down. Here's the email message:

To PLC,

For this annual camp, i have received different reasons for excusing the annual camp.

The camp are being planned by the leaders so you guys can learn something from it. If it is so hard to commit to it. There won't be any more Annual Camp from next year onwards. I do not want to do a camp with only juniors and no seniors attending. What is the use of doing it when i will be the Patrol Leader in the camp then.

I understand that you guys are from different Secondary Schools with different CCA and different Committments. But please do not use this often as excuses and not attend the activities.

If these activities carry on with so little attendance, i will step down and relinquish my duties as a Leader. For i find no point in doing my job as a leader without a proper unit to function.

By far this Patrol Leader Council had disappoint me with your attitude and committment. Please reflect on this.

DAMN! Feeling really bad right nw, i know kang wei has high expectations of us, but we've let him down. Come on PLC let's buck up and meet his standards. And Kang Wei, i trust that no one will want you to step down as our scout leader. Dun worry we'll buck up, do not give up on us man.
